Oh and that symbol of the bird, it's on http://dishonored.wikia.com/wiki/Hiram_Burrows. Don't know what that R stands for, but it has to be something significant because you don't simply remove Burrow's face out of his own flag... So I'm guessing a splinter/revival group from Burrow's late regime. Or possibly a prequel/parallel story.
