I have a pure thief who doesn't kill anything, so I'm forced to sneak around ALOT. Tons of fun.
my vampire thief is hardly what you would call a fighter. but she holds her own. Stealth attacks, illusion to misdirect or cause the enemy to fight each other.
Her skills are in
Sneak
Pickpocket
Lockpicking (wax key is a must)
Illusion
Light armor
Speech
One handed (for dagger, that's her only back up should all else fail)
Agent of Nocturnal
Plus all vampire skills that benefit her such as invisibility, fog, drain, feeding goes a long way when killing someone.
Over all a very fun build and character to play.
How do vampires benefit you exactly? Just wondering.
I'm playing a pure thief at the moment. His only combat skill is Archery. I don't even use Enchanting, so any Enchanted gear I come across is sold. I earn lots of money that I have absolutely nothing to do with.
It's alot of fun! Shame the guilds are so short.
I use Better Vampires which gives my vampire the ability to see very well in the darkness as well as detect life. Very handy when breaking and entering. I can tell where people are in their home. If they are in bed or walking about. Plus a little midnight snack never hurt anyone. Also gives me depending on my lv, invisibility (currently I can remain invisible for 60 seconds) illusion or vampire seduction to keep an npc calm so I can get away.
Utilize your gifts and you will get far.
