This made me look up WOW images and you're exactly right, this is your opinion. ESO graphics, in my opinion, are way better than WOW's cartoon look.

but for real this game tops them all in terms of graphics, i love the glare when you look at the sun and the fog and mist uh its so nice

The screen shots don't quite capture it all, but yes it is very nice.

Simply amazing. Best screenshots I've seen yet. Post some more after the next beta. I'd love to see them on your monster resolution. Haha.

I know just what you mean. The animations, screen flares, effects, mood, lighting flickers, sounds and music all create something magical that a mere screenshot won't provide you.
