Welcome to the monthly Fallout Writing Competition, where a bunch of people that like Fallout write. Competitively. About Fallout.

This is how it works: Competitors will submit a story based around a theme to this thread, three judges will select a winner, and that winner selects the theme for next month and, if they wish, can join the judges.

The theme for this month is: CHANGE (Something that the Fallout fan-fic section needs to see more of.)

This month's judges: Blackhand, and two other people who have yet to be decided.
