Looking for a guild to join.

me and my trio of friends that have been playing for over 10 years together will be looking to join one. Prefer a mature guild that may be small but tight nit. must have a web site with forums and ts3 or vent. Does not have to be a big guild. less than 50 members are fine. I find big guilds get to0 political.
