Using Potions During Battle

/Agree

The current design is made for consoles and is stupid. Switching potions in combat is very inaccurate and can get you killed.

Agreed, the wheel thing is terrible. If you don't want people to win by necking loads of pots, put pot-drinking on a 3s cooldown.

The wheel is too immersion breaking because it blocks your view of the action - hopefully UI mods will be able to improve that, at least.

Yeah, I wish the console integration didn't limit us so much.

Since consoles will play on separate servers anyway, I wish they developed 2 different interfaces for PC/Consoles. Heh.

You can hold down the Q key to bring up the quickslot wheel to adjust your items quickly.

here is one I dug up:

http://www.escapistmagazine.com/news/view/124925-Elder-Scrolls-Online-Will-Segregate-PC-Console-Players

"PC is still untouchable, it's the PC," said Sage. "We're working to perfect UI and gameplay specific to the PC version of Elder Scrolls Online and the console version will have its own UI and be more controller-specific, but PC is going nowhere."
