So I was just going over the racials again on TamrielFoundry and RedDiamond stands out to me. Why did this racial get added? it's apparent to anyone that it's easily the most useless racial a 6% proc chance at max rank to restore 6HP so 1/14 hits will restore a measly 6HP at higher levels this would be really negligible we know that a person investing all their points into health can have a great amount of HP 2500+ and 6 hp at higher levels is really a small drop in the bucket. I know this is just a beta but really? Cmon, not only that but it really feels like a slap in the face when you make a Redguard almost identical to Imperial, red diamond should restore 4/8/12 once every 3 seconds on a successful strike.

The value of HP restored will scale with your level so on that account it's quite a nice little ability, though I personally prefer raw health regeneration as opposed to RNG based healing.

Think on all skills being like: Melee attacks have a (2/4/6)% chance to restore X Health.

That X will change as you level up.

At least is what happens with most of the racial skills I found in the races I tried.

Imperials have solid racials for any tank or melee dps. If you plan on being a caster or healer, not so much.

Are you sure it's levelbased? or is it based on a certain stat like HP or Magicka? I can't find anything on that all I've found is snippets off of forums or reedit posts, Can anyone link me to an official or unofficial source where they read this?

Sorry couldn't resist when I saw the bad. Anyway I don't have a link but I would assume that it does scale, otherwise why even put the skill into the game?

no just imperials, one thing about all the races of skyrim they all hate each other in different ways but the one thing about imperials? EVERYONE hates them, which is why most ppl who bought the imperial edition bought it for the other benefits like crafting the armor and blah blah blah but most people who bought it are gonna play a normal race that they would normally play
