Hi so i have US+EU installed taking 79gb space i tried to uninstall the US client since am from EU but when i did that the luncher is forcing me to install the US client again.

i did this opened luncher chose US region settings i set auto update to never and uninstaled the US client + deleted the folder only leaving the Eu folder set luncher to EU and exit.

Now when i open the luncher again it start downloading the hole game again even if it's set to EU and help please?

Any moderater can please help? and i did contact support only thing they told me was go open luncher>Us client>Settings>Auto Utade never witch i already did

Delete the "EU" map instead

Or if you do not want to download it all again remove "eu" from it and let it update to latest patch.

Before you delete the US folder make sure you change your region in the launcher options to Europe.

Yes, that is what I did and I did not get prompted to redownload a new folder, just patch.

Hmm i did that now luncher is stacked on checking application updates, i set region to US before i closed the luncher and change the folder to The Elder Scrolls Online

I have had exact same problem, no matter what i did it was always wanting to download the whole thing again. My advice would be to uninstall and delete all eso folders from your computer then download it again. since i done this it updates each beta but doesnt try to dwnload the whole thing each time i launch the client.

Try to launch it without and with administrator rights?

Change the name reversed again to EU and let it download the other folder and then delete EU folder.

i can do that but what happens when i want to play on EU? cause even if you change the add Eu to the folder it will bring up problems and if you download the hole EU client and uninstall the US one it will force you to install it again.

I feel like Zenimax care that they keep US players happy and don't care about EU

Il just try a clean installation atm there is no option to uninstall the game from the luncher and Uninstall programs only uninstall the luncher is it safe just to deleted manually and then use CC cleaner?

Ok, good luck with that then! I have not used CC on it, but since it will be removed from your hdd anyway it should be safe.

There is an uninstall.exe in launcher folder which should remove both the launcher and the game folder.

Pretty much what i done. Not sure about the whole EU client, seems very messy on zenimax part, i also am playing from Eu and didnt have any problems playing on the NA server last beta. I dont know if u will have to update it in the future for playing in the EU and like me mayb trigger the whole thing to want to download again....but for the beta before launch should be fine. Also check the Cog symbol on the top right of your launcher and set region to US for now. hope it helps
