Help? Anyone know of a way to upgrade purchase to Imperial : Othor Games

Ok, so you will likely and understandably chuckle at my foolhardiness, but In my haste and excitement following the beta weekend I went and purchased the wrong version :'(. I intended to get the "imperial Edition" but what I baught was the "Digital Download" basic edition. Anyone know of a way to upgrade this after the fact? when I click on the other edition now all I get is "already purchased"??

Have a word with customer support, they are very quick responding if you raise a ticket. (assuming you purchased it from the official online store)

It is rumoured that you will be able to buy an upgrade after release too - but obviously that doesn't help you during the head start.

Starting April 4th, 2014 all customers who pre-purchased the Digital Standard Edition can upgrade to the Digital Imperial Edition by visiting The Elder Scrolls Online Store (https://store.elderscrollsonline.com). This will allow them to receive the exclusive collection of in-game rewards available from the Digital Imperial Edition. This upgrade service will be available from April 4th, 2014.

If players have purchased a physical copy of the Standard Edition but wish to upgrade to the Digital Imperial Edition, our upgrade service is also there to assist them.

Well, since I got it from TESO store, I can't upgrade till launch.. I was wanting to upgrade to have access to the Imperial horse for the 5 day head start. Sounds like that's not possible.
