So I recently bought the Legendary edition of Skyrim, a hardcopy- new for 360, and I had already been playing the regular first release of the game. And I've run in to QUITE A FEW problems. I can't purchase the property to homestead in Falkreath. It doesn't even give me the option to open the dialogue for buying the land. I think it might be because (out of the six stuck quests) I have a quest that I can't complete for that region in which I have to speak to Skald about collecting a bounty, even though he's displaced as Jarl, and though I've completed the other quests for the current Jarl in which I gain his favor and I'm Thane of the land. This is my theory, only because Falkreath has been giving me a few problems since. So I have an entire third of the Hearthfire expansion I can't even do???

And aside from that, my housecarl for Windstad Manor is just NOT there. He's not in Highmoon Hall either. He's just... non-existent I believe. I've never even met the guy.
And aside from that, to top it all off, my OTHER house, Heljarchen Hall, ate my Wabbajack. OH. MY. GOSH! This is getting a bit ridiculous.

Is there any solution out there? Aside from taking my 360 outside and putting a bullet in it??

Is there any way that Bethesda can release some sort of downloadable program for us console-users that we could input commands like for a PC???
