Elder Scrolls Risk

I want a Tamriel-based Risk.

Recently, my friend suggested this after I whooped him in Diplomacy. So I scoured the internet. Usually if one has an idea, someone else on the internet had it first, right? And boy was I correct. People have been hand drawing and building game maps and boards, dividing Tamriel's countries into many provinces and territories.

The possibilities are endless.

I'm not asking a bunch of game developers to try to make a quality board game; I'm asking you to license it. Get people who know what they're doing to do it. We have Halo Risk, StarCraft Risk and a whole bunch of other games that don't entice such genre-crossing, but we don't have the be all, end all.
We don't have Tamriel-Risk, and believe me, we want it.

Do what you can, and reap the rewards.

P.S.– If any serious consideration is given to this suggestion, please let me know. I am very hopeful and care very much about both Risk and Elder Scrolls, and would like to know if my efforts are being heeded.

I've never played Risk so I have no idea what that is. But I would buy a board game that was based on Tamriel lore, no matter what game mechanics were involved.

I've played the original Risk and couldn't really get into it, but I'd give Elder Scrolls Risk a try.

Your "no" option is bias. I personally like some tabletop games, but I have no interest in a TES themed Risk.

I recommend it! It's a lot of fun for me and my fellow Elder Scrolls fans.

Haha yes, that's kind of the point. Do you really have no interest in it? The map could be huge, with many territories and I'm sure people could come up with great special rules.

Everyone could start off as the king/leader of one particular province and fight for control of Tamriel.

The game could also work well as a version of Diplomacy.

Yes, I really have no interest in a TES Risk. And yes, I have played Risk before.

Maybe a P&P game.

Another yes to a table-top strategy game but not one thats based on Risk.

I do play Risk with my 9 year old nephew but we are already getting him to play more involved strategy games (History of the World and Settlers of Catan so far).
