I have pre ordered the Imperial edition and I was wondering what is the difference beetween the digital and the retail edition?

I mean do we also get some kind of statue or book if I ordered the digital edition for the same price?

The digital edition is exactly that, fully digital. You will get the same lovely in game perks as the physical edition. But you won't get the steel game box, map of Tamriel, statue of Molag Bal or the Tamriel lore book.
