So, what do you plan on doing? What direction do you plan to invest your skills?

Let's face it, although you can "become who you want to become", properly spec'd players will always (almost always) come out on top in a 1v1 fight (assuming that both players are of relatively equal skill). Meaning, that a dual wield spec'd Nightblade in medium armor will more often than not, tear the face of of a resto-staff spec'd DK in light armor. It's simple game mechanics.

Do you plan on "being all you can be" or "being whatever your heart desires" (however worthless that may be)?

I personally have the need tear faces off 1v1 in PvP, so I will be Min/Max-ing to an extent (I don't number-crunch, entirely). I believe the system is set up so players have options like directing your focus on stamina based skills or magicka based skills and still being effective in either direction, but I certainly feel that creating certain types of characters will be rather dumb, and ineffective.

This is, of course, my opinion. How do you feel towards the topic?

I plan to make the character i want.

That said, I my character tries to hone her skills to nigh perfection. so i will be doing some sort of min/maxing. not anything hardcoe tho.

I will use my previous PvP experience and try to buil an effective character. At the same time, I will build him the way I like, using my own brain to build it up and making compromises.

Some people will be more casual, some others will bleed over a +1 in a stat. It's just a way of life. In my opinion, as long as you are having fun, you're fine, doesn't matter what your char is. Besides, it's really tiring to see the Clone Wars all the time. It's like with fashion, you have seasons.

I will be play what is fun to me, some people enjoy min/max, I am not one of them but to each thier own, everyone will get thier money's worth in a way they enjoy..

Both, I will min/max the desired build I want to create.
