I was wondering if someone could turn the gourd food item into an ingredient?

The gourd is mentioned in the http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Recipes

But as we know the gourd is not an ingredient.

There is also a mod that already does what I want: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/19204/? however it has a pretty horrible side affect:

While load order could solve this i also ran into the problem that in this mod the gourds dont have an inventory object/view!!

I have tried myself but it has proven harder than i thought - i am limited with the CK at the moment.

so please would some one make this mod for me?

As an ingredient I would like the gourd to have: resist frost, restore health + two other effects of your choice.

Anyone know which effects the Gourd is listed as having in the vanilla recipes (or is it just resist frost and restore health as you've listed)? I could probably throw together a simple mod to fix this without all the intrusive cell edits, but I would want to make sure it has all the lore-established vanilla effects.
