So whenever I try to talk to either smith in New Sheoth, they tell me somthing along the lines of "I'm not open yet" despite the fact that it's 1pm. I have no clue wtf is going on and the mighty interwebz hasn't given me an answer, so I hoped you guys could. I barely started getting Madness and Amber gear from these guys when this happened.
