Its about the content. If they go above and beyond and deliever the wow to the game community, I would easily pay 50$ of subscription (nah, i'm joking 50 is too much lol, but I really dont mind paying for outstanding content).

If you can't afford .50$ a day for a gaming sub you shouldn't be investing time in one to start with.. I personally wish they would up the monthly fee.. It would keep out some of the many [censored] bags that fill/troll zone and general chats.

$15 is fine. a lifetime or annual membership would be nice but would not want to see a lower fee for 3/6/9 months. Annual of $12 would be fine.

I think they will probably go with the industry standard, for example swtor sub plans are 14.99/m if you buy one month, 13.99/m if you buy three months, and 12.99 if you buy six months at once. WoW is exactly the same.

I am not sure yet if it's worth what I'm paying.

And uhhh, all caps in the title doesn't make me vote.

I'd happily pay $50 a month if there were guaranteed weekly events of Malwood, John & Co live acting in-game, if there were GMs tailoring the game to the players constantly, if it would offer another way to make a living to young and struggling actors by live acting NPCs, if it allowed access to GM tools and courses to learn how to use them appropriately, so able and talented community members could deepen the experience even further... alas, I do not know why people think small or when thinking big, why o why, it is in the wrong direction.

The only reduction in sub prices I want to see is for those who sub for 3, 6 or 12 months at a time. $15 a month isn't much for a luxury entertainment item.

Without question, the most warranted statement, my good man. Alas, I have been smitten with confidence and shall not falter from my utmost devotion.

I must regretfully inform you that I am not deemed worthy of creating this eloquent topic in parlay. The burden of being titled author is worn upon the shoulders of another.

I am an skeptic until the very end. I can't vote for higher or lower prices until I see the product in it's fullest glory. I am sure that I'll have to play it for at least a month to vote on this magnificent poll.

I was making fun of the "feed the poor kids of X country" commercials, I found one on youtube, but it was done in 1987, where Sally Struthers begs people to pay 70 cents a day to help feed poor little Jamaal in Ethopia, and how do they do it? "For about 70 cents a day, you can buy a can of soda..." and later, "For about 70 cents a day, you can buy a cup of coffee..." etc...

It was me being an a-hole, sarcasm, satire etc... however you want to call it.

"For 50 cents a day, you can play this game, save Jamaal, or buy a cup of coffee!" Seems like an easy choice to me... "Play this game, drink energy drinks because I CAN, and Jamaal's family needs to move out of the desert so they might be able to start a farm and feed themselves!" =)

I choose to play this game with my 50 cents per day.

i don't think 15 is very much at all, i agree that you can just option to eat out less, an extra few hours of work or other things you could cut down on,

besides, everyone working with this game need a pay, they will also keep developing the game after release, i'd say we're getting away pretty cheaply for a good game...

... Except that you have no idea what the numbers ACTUALLY are. And this poll won't answer that question, since it apparently asks what people WANT to pay, not what is the highest they are willing to pay... and even if you asked the latter, people have no motivation to be honest.

What I want to pay is the lowest monthly amount that will keep the game successful and the content coming, but I have no idea what that number is, nor does anybody else :P

i say this poll is bad, since we don't have the option to reply what we'd actually want to pay, and we can't reply to just some of the questions either, right?

When the poll is created by a community member it is often set to being biased in the information that it will report on. Basically they leave some options out to force people to pick at least one that looks favourable for their own benefit.

Please raise the monthly fee. By my estimation, ESO is shaping up to a 4 star game. I'd rather it be a 5 star game.

Thank you.

Such a brilliant calculation. Did you learn this at Harvard business class? And you found some time in between to make a market anolysis on pricing of MMOs?

But what if the player base increases by 1 billion if zenimax drops the sub to 1$?

So in all terms 1$ seems to be the right price.
