So, i suppose one sentence is missing from this answer, that is quite typical for an MMO in this stage:

"This game is still in development so everything may be subject to change"

I expect that at least the imperial race and the mount will be available at some point in some form for all players. Titles or pets maybe not.

I don't think that you can read more out of this statement at this time.

Because of this FAQ exist, people were unclear about it so this user emailed them and ask them directly. However, it could be fake or misinformation from support.
