The digital Imperial Edition will always be available at The Elder Scrolls Online Store.

Imperials are not a preorder feature. It's part of the collector's edition. You can upgrade to the Imperial Edition after release for $20.

Simply wrong, the Imperials come with the ICE... You will be always able to buy or upgrade to the Imperial Collectors Edition...

ZOS has right to decide how Imperials are brought to the game. If you want it, you can buy the set. 20$ = small price

oh, i didn't know you could upgrade after release-

i still suspected you'd be able to somehow get imperials even if you didn't get imperial collector's edition of the game though, since it means more money for the guys making the game~
