Hi. I'm looking for a mod that reduces the amount of caps and ammo and general wealth in the game, so I'm poorer longer. I like having to struggle to make money. But I only want something simple, not an overhaul or something with ten screens I have to go through to set up.

Can anyone recommend anything like that?

It would be easy to do yourself if you wanted to spark up the GECK. Look for 2 settings under the Gameplay/Settings tab. One's called fBarterBuyBase, the other is called fBarterSellBase. By adjusting those you can make things more expensive to buy something and you'll get less Caps when you sell an item.
