after a couple years of skyrim, i still have no idea how the magicka regeneration bonuses add on to each other.

if i have the restoration perk that increases my natural mana regeneration to like +60% or whatever, and then wear robes that give me a +100% mana regen. adder, what is the end number? do you add all numbers together, so it'd be 160% of the original? or is 60% faster than usual my new base, and the +100% is reflected with the initial base of +60%? so it would be 100% faster than the altered base.

The wiki http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Regenerate_Magicka seems to suggest they just get added up, see this paragraph (each of the linked items in the second sentence adds 100% regen):

Use a mix of regenerate and fortify magicka effects for optimal results. Starting with 300 base magicka, plus 50 fromhttp://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Highborn and 50 from http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Savos_Aren%27s_Amulet, results in 400 magicka and 12 points regenerated per second. Adding 300% regeneration (from http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Apprentice_Stone, http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Morokei_(Mask) and the http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Archmage%27s_Robes), gives recovery of 12% of the Dragonborn's magicka or 48 points per second, which sufficient to cast powerful spells without worry of being vulnerable for long periods of time.

Me, too, but that page doesn't actually seem to answer the question (unless I'm missing something?) I googled 'skyrim magicka regen stack' and only got various forum questions and the official Wiki.

A quote from the page

Magicka slowly regenerates over time. You regenerate 3.00% of your maximum magicka per second outside of combat and 0.99% in combat.

• As a result, http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Sleeping or http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Waiting fully restores your magicka.
• Your magicka regeneration rate can be increased by http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Regenerate_Magicka effects, including potions and enchanted items.
• Magicka will not regenerate while you are casting a spell.

That is about it.

Yup. But the question was how do enhance magicka regen items stack, right? That just says the rate that it normally regenerates at, and that various things can increase or decrease that rate.
