Help my earphones survive

Post » Wed Mar 12, 2014 12:13 pm

I'm just burning through all my earpohnes at a pretty fast rate, and I'd really like some more expensive ones for better sound. The longest I have used a set without one of them dieing is around 6 months or so. I use them daily and put them together with my keys (mayvbe I shouldn't do that  ). Do more expensive models come with better cables? Also, do you guys have any recommendations for cheap good quality earphones? I live in Europe, but shipping shouldn't be a problem.

I suggest stop putting your earphones in your pocket with keys. Just a thought.

I concur with Mr. Martyr, keep them out of your pocket. Most people I see leave them draqed around their neck. Try that? I've also seen ear buds that have a case. Try that route. Overall, I dislike earbuds and only use over the ear head phones; but I don't generally use them out in public.

Mine lasted a year or two until they were in the washer the 4th time... which frayed the insulation
