RESPEC

Any word if those will be available this time around? I would like to try some new things out and not have to grind to level 15 again lol.

They WILL be available :) This beta contains the second area in each alliance, and that's where the respec shrines are (main city in zone).

Totally agree.

I was reading another post where someone found a respec place but it was not working. I think there is not suppose to be one in the areas they give us for beta testing unless they open a new area.
