Does Argonians passive racials work on Self healing abilities ? They can help stay alive in combat or they are just weak when compared to other races passives ?

This + Potion effectiveness looks not bad on paper, same with Nightblade and he's Health Drains. But all that is really worth ? Or better hit harder or drain some Magicka / Stamina etc?

Any advice for a One time Beta player? I ordered IE so Alliance don't really matter, but my prefered are Argonian/Dunmer/Khajit/Nord

I can not remember the details, but Argonians have race bonus to restro staffs. One can look it on the web for a list race passives for a build idea.

Best class for argonian is Templar. You may choose the gear and armory how you please.

Asking about Quick to Mend & Amphibious

- Increases healing received by (2/4/6)%.
- Increases swimming speed by 50% and the effectiveness of potions by (5/10/15)%.

Argonians make a great anything.. especially tanks as you receive bonus healing from heals. Makes keeping you alive easier and since dk has passives where you receive more healing it's even better
