Hey there!

I have been in 2 betas so far, I haven't gotten my email for this weekend yet, but I have never been able to access the forums? Why is this?

I'm on my account management page at Elderscrollsonline.com righ now, and my account status says "Beta Access", and I have been in the betas. Yet when I go to the beta forums and enter in my account information, it says no account is found for that email/username. How can that be?

Note, I was not directly invited to the betas, I had a code a friend gave me. I just went to ESO.com and entered the key, and bam, I got access.

So, how do I get on the forums..?

Not sure. You used your email address, not your user name right? I know using my email is the only way I can get on the beta forums.

The beta forum access is not the same as the account. And since you can't register, you can't access it unless you are directly invited.

Edit: looks like someone said email can login the forum.

Using email, doesnt work.

I tried to register, but it requires a key lol.

Contact Zenimax support from your account page.

Depending on where your key is from, it may not have forum access. If it was a giveaway, there is no access among other things.

The key was from a website giveaway.

Thats not really fair that I cant discuss the beta where Zeni looks.

While you may not be able to discuss the beta with other testers, you can submit feedback in-game by using the /feedback chat command. In fact, I've seen Zeni moderators on the beta forum say multiple times that using the in-game /feedback tool is their preferred method for receiving feedback.

The beta forums aren't supposed to be used for feedback anyway. You can use the /feedback command in-game to give feedback

If you still have your original Beta invite email there is a link from there that should allow you to register.
