Armor for assassin

Post » Thu Mar 13, 2014 5:09 am

And here is my newest opened topic! ^^

So tell me, what do you think, what is the best armor for assassins? Currently I use Ancient Shrouded armor, but I can remove these enchantments and place to to another one. So my question is rather about, what is the best LOOKING light armor for an assassins? I like dark/black armors, but feel free to say all your opinions ^^

Includes vanilla and mod armors too!

Why not create a thread called "All things Assassin" or something along those lines to cover everything Assassin related?

I like the vampire armors from Dawnguard, the male version has a leather trenchcoat/robe vibe. And they come in black, black & red & gray.

Nightingale Armour looks sixy as hell, especially with Elven weaponry. :bunny:

Assassins don't just have to wear light armor. Alteration (mage armor spells) with Clothes is just as good.

Assassin? Who said anything about an assassin? All of my victims were never assassinated, but rather came about a faint red glow and attacked a nearby guardsmen, resulting in their death.

Btw, is there any way to "remove" or change enchantement from Nightgale armor? Or is there a version of this without enchantement? Or my only hope for giving it the Shrouded Armor's enchantement to increase my enchanting to give an armor double enchantement?

No. But if you're on PC, I'm sure there's a solution.

Double enchantment doesn't allow you to put an enchantment on an already enchanted item, I'm afraid, it's two-at-once on an unenchanted piece. However, this mod looks worth a try http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/9894/? for removing the enchantment from an existing item (I think it actually just replaces it with an unenchanted version which is worth bearing in mind if you've smithed items to improve them).

I like that. Make them kill themselves basically.

As far as armor for an assassin I like wearing black robes self enchanted with alteration and illusion magic to back it up
