So while I've played the game for a while I usually never stick with a character long enough to reach 100 in anything. So today I finally got to 100 enchanting and have the dual enchanting perk.

I took my soul gem and enchanted my four pieces of gear with both Conjuration and Destruction Fortify enchants, reducing the cost by 102% total. However, since doing the enchants and equipping that gear, it's like I have no enchants at all. Summoning two daedra lords almost wipes out my mana pool completely.

Any idea what's the deal and how I can fix it?

Did you by any chance use the fortify restoration loop?
