I for one really think bethesda should highly consider putting a little but of free running or parkour into the next game, it would make the game way more intense especially if you were chasing someone or what not

What do you mean, like Assasins Creed style? Like swinging, hanging, and jumping from roof tops to roof tops? Is that what parkour is?
I think that would be cool for city environments. Especially for thieves, assassins, acrobats, etc. Cool for hunters too in the wild. I just wouldn't want it to be platformy. Also, if it can be done good in first person view, Iam all for it.
The problem with parkour is it's quite a modern practice associated with modern urban culture. Sticking it in games with futuristic settings is one thing, but It may give off the wrong vibe in a fantasy game.
If they did put it in the game, I would want it to be something the player-character starts off terrible at, and then becomes progressively better. If it's just going to be a fairly static feature like a sprint button which players can use on any character just to make running look more cinematic, then no thanks. TES games are supposed to be open world RPGs, not fast-paced action games or hollywood movies.
As for other new mechanics, I would sooner see them put a lot of the old ones that have been removed since Daggerfall back in.
Ugh, if the next TES game looks and plays like Assassins Creed, i'll peel my eyes out with a spoon.
I thought he meant just a little bit of running up walls in first-person, sort of like Mirror's Edge.
This sounds like something that should be addressed in the http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1492011-official-beyond-skyrim-tes-vi-33/ More traffic and more feedback that way.
