Youtube videos

If I use game play footage as youtube videos am I able to monetize them legally? I figured this might be a good idea to ask before I go uploading anything.

You should be fine. The worst that can happen is being sued by Bethesda.

You should be fine.I don't think Bethesda would care enough about a YouTube channel for all the bad publicity it would get by suing. And as long as you put disclaimers in the description,you should be fine.

You're on the internet now and whatever device you're using suffers the same risk as using a computer...smart phones can get viruses, hacked and your location discovered. ;)
