I bought Vice City off the steam store because of the sale

I loved San andreas but I beat that like 17 times on original xbox and own it on 360

i played Gta III once but wasnt really good at it

soo when i finally got the game up and running I noticed i couldn't use my 360 controller like i could with other games and this made playing difficult (really bad with a keyboard)

I know Bethesda has a large modding community so just hoping I could have some help on how to install this with out breaking the game or my computer ?

where do i get GTA Mod Installer how do i set that up what else am I going to need

apparenly have to manually install the mod i want but i dont know where to stick things .-.
