I'm currently trying to decide if i should get a pc version or PS4 version of ESO, I am more likely to go with the PC version but i am concerned my laptops performance may be substandard to the PS4; below i have listed system specification.

Ram - 4GB

Graphics - Intel HD 4000

processor - Intel i5 3210 (2.5 ghz 2 cores 4 logical processors)

OS - Windows 7 home (64 based)

HDD - 300GB @ 7200 rpm

Have you played the beta? If you can run the game on your laptop at a standard that you deem is acceptable then perhaps you should go for it. However there should be no doubt that this game will of course run at a much higher standard on your PlayStation than to your laptop, that's obvious. It is unfortunate that we still have no real clue as to how TESO will work on the PlayStation 4's or the Xbox's controllers, I'm assuming that the touchpad and voice commands respectively will be used, if the touch pad is used for instances of using the cursor in mouse mode and the menu then it'll be great.

Personally if this was me and I wasn't planning on buying a computer capable of at least playing last gen titles like Skyrim or Fallout with good/high settings then I'd just wait two months and get on it PlayStation. It is just two months after all, plus the beta event which PlayStation should be getting any time after the PC launch (I'm presume).

I was wondering since the graphics card on my laptop is integrated with the CPU, and i wanted to know what my performance might be (no i have not been on beta) maybe someone with same GPU that has played in beta.

My biggest concern with that CPU would be the PvP. I don't think myself it could handle it.

It'll run fine in PvE with low settings. It'll choke and die in PvP due to processor lag killing the HD4000's performance.
