Hey guys, I just opened the launcher and I recieve this message:

ERROR 209 PAtchmanifestError_VersionFail

How shoud I fix this issue? Has anybody same experience?

Did you try closing the application and re-opening? (serious reply)

Edit: I got something similar, but it is fine now. It seemed to fixed itself.

It seems to be showing up intermittently over the last half day or so. Leave it for an hour or two and try again.

Yes, I did, I tried to close and re-open application a few times, no change. If I click REPAIR, i get the same message wirh ERROR 209

Same issue when changing to EU server, tried admin, repairing, nothing.

Now it's redownloading 23GB of files again, oh the drudgery.

I am in the EU Region, I also had this issue earlier.

They have basically updated some files for the region to connect to the newly activated EU Megaserver.

Take a look at your settings first by checking the 'Round Icon' top right in the settings. Apply. Then restart the launcher.

Make sure on your left you have the game selected, by left clicking it once in the list. then within the news column click 'Game Options V'

Select 'Repair' and wait for it to verify the game and complete the process.

Upon completion, restart the launcher (As admin is always handy by right click shortcut > Run as admin.)

It worked for me.

Mine started to do that,

Leave it downloading for a couple mins,

Restart the launcher.

Try repairing it straight away for me it stopped, it launches fine and EU is on the left side

Running repair does not work for me, keep on getting the same error message, going to have download all the EU stuff again.

I had an update / download issue .. don't remember specifics but I clicked "Game Options" on launcher and then repair. Working Fine now, peaked @ 14MB/S less than 10 mins for 5gig patch.

Tried to repair it, but then I got a ERROR 206 PAtchmanifestError_unzipFailed... Grml...

Update - the repair tool did not work, but I found that simply exiting the client, restarted my PC, ran the client, set to EU, it then installed a 40MB patch and is now good to go.

Check your game files Program Files> Zenimax >

See if a EU folder has been created.

Check the file size of the Standard.

Try copying over the standard folder into the EU folder, then repair (make sure you repair with Europe selected in regional settings

Restart, and try again.

I think I fixed it. I just renamed my folder from The Elder Scrolls Online to The Elder Scrolls Online EU, choosed Megaserver EUROPA in options and restarted the client. I can now enter the game. What′s the actuall vertsion of the game anyway? Mine is, if I enter the game, 1.0.0.941004.....

when did they add the 700mb patch?

i downloaded like 4-5 GB update 2 days ago and now it seems that there is a 700 mb update that they have added today?

Yesterday? Day before?
