So I've had a beta key for a long while now, but only just started playing the beta this week. As the title says, I can't get the game to use my dedicated graphics card instead of my integrated graphics. Is there a way to fix this? I'm willing to provide any information that's necessary.

Quick info:

Laptop

OS: Windows 8.1 64 bit

Processor: i7-3740QM @ 2.70 GHz

Graphics: (Integrated) Intel HD Graphics 4000 + (Dedicated) AMD Radeon HD 7970m

Go into your bios and disable the automatic graphics switching. On Lenovo laptops I know that the dedicated card mode (ie the AMD or Nvidia) is called "discrete" in the options.

Try right clicking on your desktop and look for "Configure Switchable Graphics."

Otherwise, I think you can switch it in your radeon control center.

On my laptop the Intel integrated chip is used by default for the desktop and various applications. Most games automatically use the Geforce 720m instead, but with some I need to go into the Nvidia control panel, add a profile for the game and set it to use the Nvidia GPU instead of the Intel.

I assume it's similar with AMD?
