I'm standing on top of the bone pile where Lyris' axe is supposed to be and there's nothing there. I talk to her and she stated that it's her axe but there's nothing to interact with. Customer support ingame is taking forever to load. Anyone have this problem?

I can't progress, i can't leave the area...this is irritating to say the least.

so logged back in, was outside...had to do it all again HOWEVER...this time it bugged out when i had her armour in possession and she wouldn't take it. Stuck there. Killed all her old friends but got the armour first...i think it has to do with an 'order' of objectives.
