Any way to get money back after purchase?

I bought imperial edition from the website earlier but its all messed up now, cant acces, it delets itself from computer by itself and showin errors.

Any way to get my money back?

Most ppl with a pc know how to fix a prob or contact ppl who can help.

Are you EU, did you select the EU server and read before clicking ok?

The game isn't out yet. You should wait until it comes out before making any rash decisions. I seriously doubt you'll get a refund.

Depends, if he's EU he can get the money back even after the games out, had to do that myself for a other game. Don't know about US laws

Click on the email icon to send them a message. I would first try to find out how to fix the problem before you start asking for a refund.

Call your bank or credit card and dispute the transaction if you want a refund.

Contact support, they will indeed give you a refund if you ordered through ZOS. If you ordered through another retailer, you'll have to contact that retailer instead.

And [censored] people, jumping on him for wanting a refund of a product that isn't working for him? We've reached a new low.

Funny how an EU person can ask for a refund on a subscription even after he played 29 days and it is still totally legal.
