I have previously posted regarding this issue and sent multiple tickets with one reply asking for my details name, DOB and email address. I am still waiting on a response from my last email. I have been waiting 7 days in total. Is this the sort of service you should expect when paying for the game plus the monthly costs? I have played Ultima Online for 10 years and get better service from a game which is dying! I cannot login to the beta as you will not respond to my emails nor can I purchase a preorder copy of your game!
