I was in beta last weekend and now this weekend I got my other invite and when I log into the site I get Access Denied. I saw someone else have this problem that wasn't in beta. However, I had two beta invites last week with two different keys, I have pre-ordered not one, but two digital copies and a physical one. I got an invite this week to resume beta and I'm getting access denied trying to access my account online after I put in my birth date (yes I'm over 21). Maybe on my first Beta invites I should have used the other "key" not sure as I have two. Don't know if one was from the preorder and one was just random. I can't even get to the elderscrolls main page, support page, account info or anything.

Anyone actually figure out what the problem is?

Is there any errorcode? If not, then you must choose to use the .exe file in ESO folder as a moderator ( or what ever it is called in english ). Hope this helps !

Might be a long shot but you can try to get help by asking them there and seeing if someone can DM you for help. Explain you are currently blocked from their website.
