Hi guys,

I logged in today, arrived at the character creation screen, but the game logged out after a few minutes.

Now I'm asked to enter an access code which I should receive by email. Of course, no emails received (yes I checked spam).

Anyone can help ?

Just tried now, was able to log in, strange

Same issue here but can't login still and no email!! Been waiting 7 days to get this fixed and still not response!
