2 betas now...No help from customer service...anybody no what to do> everytime I hit launch and then hit play..i get ..The elder scrolls online crash reporter...I've take down firewall, antivirus, repaired, log in as administrator, uninstalled,, reinstalled...nothing works....first beta I did worked fine...then 3 weeks ago it crashed on a sat..and since then last 2 betas I cant even get past play from the launcher to play..game is bugged as f and its suppose to release in few weeks..lmfao..customer service still has not contacted me to resolve this issue there a bad joke.

I have the exact same problem.. i've been trying everything I can think of but don't seem to have a solution yet so hopefully its just beta and when the game releases it will be fixed.
