Wired window glow

I'm using for window glow mods Windows Glow.esp and abotWindowsGlow.esp, also new pixel lighting shader of MGE XE. My current lighting settings in ini is:

[LightAttenuation]UseConstant=1ConstantValue=http://forums.bethsoft.com/topic/1494821-wired-window-glow/0.382;UseLinear=1LinearMethod=2LinearValue=1.0LinearRadiusMult=1;UseQuadratic=1QuadraticMethod=3QuadraticValue=2.619QuadraticRadiusMult=1;OutQuadInLin=1

But the result is quite wired, screenshot tells more.

Any suggestions how fix that wall glowing instead of window glowing? Thanks.

Lights are placed in front of windows. To skip placing them try
set ab01wgLightsOff to 2
in the game console before evening

It disable the glowing on walls, but framerate drop from 40 to 2 FPS (only when lights suppose glow at night time). Something wrong happening.

Why is the position of lights in front of windows? What did I wrong?
