I'm making a vampire like race so that's why I'm wondering if I should add it to their racial ability, but I don't know what it does and I can't seem to find anything on it.

Also is there a way to enable feeding without the stages triggering? I'd like my race to be able to drink blood as a roleplay thing, but without being affected by the stage progression thing that regular vampires have (as well as giving them a tiny stat boost that lasts a short while after feeding). That would require a script right?

Any help would be much appreciated.
