Im looking to make the Nights Darker I know that this needs to be done through the Morrowind.ini and im curious looking over I noticed that its values are set like this 000,000,000 or something similar. And so Is this set up through an RGB color scale? Like the first set is red Second set is green and last set is blue? Im asking cause if so I think one could alter the weather like this as well. Such as Ash storms being darker then a rain storm. while blight storms are dark but with a Tinge of red color.But my question for now is Am I Right?Is it set up in an RGB color scale?

Spot on. RGB values from 0 thru 255.
