I've got to ask one thing. Am I wrong thinking that toughness is an over-valued perk?
I've had this idea because I was thinking about "how" I should solve moira's quests.

IF I should give the intelligence speech, the strenght speech, the endurance speech or the snide speech (that improves critical hit chance)

Am I wrong thinking that the snide option is probably the best, knowing that in the game there are a lot of options to improve DR?
