Very big fps drop

Post » Sun Mar 16, 2014 10:52 am

Hello, I've an MSI Gtx760oc and a I7 920, and I've very big FPS drop. The worst is in cyrodil, when there is not a lot of people near me, it's around 70fps to 30 fps ( high settings or low settings doesn't change anything, I've tested in Ultra and low and it's the same, yeah that's weird ) but when I'm in big fights, it goes between 5fps and 0,5fps, so I can't play at all and just wait the end of the fight or the crash of the game. I've less fps issues in PVE ( 30-90 fps ) but i think I should get higher FPS.

I shouldn't have problem with this hardware ...

I would like to know if I'm the only one experiencing this ? If yes, has it been corrected in the continue beta ( We don't play the last build if i understood well ) ?

Sorry for my bad english, not my language :/

There's plenty of people with similar problems. High end systems that can't pull good fps.

It's most likely a CPU optimization problem, you should however use the beta forums to get better heard.

it seems like they may have capped it at 60fps. The last beta I could go into a solo instance and have somewhere around 80fps on Ultra. But I have not seen it go above 59.9 fps all weekend with settings on high.

I have an MSI GT60 Laptop, i7 4700m (2.4ghz quad core), 12gb RAM, and an nVIDIA GTX 770m 3gb video card. Playing in full screen mode 1920x1080 resolution
