Level 7 enchanting

I like Enchanting and so I focused on this quite a bit in the Beta.

Therefore I noticed rather quickly that the majorety of the Glyphs I got were Jewelry Glyphs.

Second were weapon glyphs.

Third and least were Armor glyphs.

Do I detect an imbalance there?

I think so.

Why?

Because There are plenty of Armor items and tons of weapons in the game,

however Jewellry (as in rings and such) is in very short supply. Almost none-existent.

So... what good are Jewellry glyphs for enchanting if most players need Armor and weapon glyphs?

Maybe it is just me and I did something wrong? Maybe it is just that my enchanting level is too low?

However, right now I tend to think that creating glyphs is tilted toward Jewellry-glyphs that are not very useful.

What is your experience (if you have any) in this aspect of the game.

That's something I noticed as well. Jewellery seemed to be in short supply.

I really only focused on Blacksmithing, Tailoring, and Woodworking, but I don't recall being able to make earrings or necklaces for either. Jewelry drops were very rare; I think most of the jewelry my chars are wearing were from quest rewards.

Did you add this to feedback in game?

I noticed that as well. All I wanted to do was enchant all my newly crafted armor, but had no armor glyphs. All of my glyphs were weapons and jewelry. I suspect we just have to learn which runes to pair together to get armor enchantments.

you can buy enchantments for armor.

Yes, it might be easier to buy glyphs rather then to produce them.

Still, maybe at higher levels of enchantment things will change.

Also, I guess i will need a note-book to write down what runes produce what...hehe.

well, this was a Beta and i rushed things a little...maybe...

I am sure that all glyph recipes will be on a wiki soon!

I even deconstruct green glyphs if they-re for jewelry, they-re nothing but a waste of space...
