Anyone stuck w/ a pre-order? I didn't read the fine print from Gamefly. Got Digital Reg+Explorers pack @ 20% off. I'd let it go for cheaper but would be hard to pawn off a "Digital" copy I imagine.

I imagine there are a lot of people who don't understand that MMOs take time to work out. It's a great immersive game just had a lot of beta bugs.

I misunderstood their "fine print" about digital pre-order having "early access / consumable items". Being it was digital w/ early access etc I can't return it. And was seeing if any other players / stores had the same results.

I understand MMOs just fine. It just doesn't grab me, at least beta because I will lose the characters I make anyways. I'll probably use up my 30 days and not resub after that. I'm fan of MMOs and fan of TES. For my likings, it doesn't mash well. I would return product, but isn't offered because of digital purchase.

I don't want to put words into the OP's mouth, but I read him saying: I bought a game that hasn't been released yet. I tried out the beta and didn't like it. I'd like to return the game before it launches, but it is not an option.

Yeah, it's not a crime. Heck, I bought SWG Reg+Collectors accounts after playing beta. Had like 6 month sub and even returned after whatever # re-vamp. I tested .. reported several bugs .. voiced my concern on several topics. It's been a roller coaster, but post launch I doubt it would keep me. Just was seeing if anyone else in same boat.

I understood the product, but game it benefit of doubt. In the end, yeah, mediocre MMO under guise of Tamriel beauty and lore.

I was just curious so I logged in on my own account and then looked in support, typed refund and guess what I found?

"Players who wish to cancel a pre-purchase of the game and obtain a refund should contact our dedicated Customer Support team"

Really... little looking in and all the answers were there.
