Just finished beta. I was wondering about your bank. I found one place to access the bank , the beginning city for AD , in the manor, sorry, forget the name, but I could never find another place to access. I hear you can get stuff out at a crafting table. What am I missing ??

Open the map, on the top right select the map key (not sure if its called that). Look for the symbol labeled Bank, Guild Bank....every time you see that symbol on the map, a bank is there.

And what they are saying is that you can store your mats inside your bank and still access them while crafting so you don't need to pack them around.
