I don't really get the fuss. It just goes to show you that in the golden age of privacy violation, big brother, and surveillance, it's still possible to drop out of existence.

And here I thought people on this board didn't give a damn. I wasn't gonna bother starting this myself if no one was gonna talk about it.

Still possible but not easy which is what all the fuss is about. The tracking etc is designed as safety and communications and not in the likelihood of whatever has happened.

The fuss is also the fact that 239 passengers were on the plane and there are a lot of relatives concerned for there loved ones. Not a nice position to be in.
