Hello all

I cannot see a thread about what builds people are planning so lets make one.

1: post your build.

2: tell us why it is your chosen build.

3: have fun looking at other builds

P.s I've been using esohead's skill calculator to make builds.

http://esohead.com/calculator/skills#cMazt0Nibt8w2lm8AIUM8NUmo8NUkz8LxRn85ot7HrsgW6msgZ6MwS3c6MwUlN6MwYle6MwYlv6MwYl28H7DLzwc6MNieh6MNieA6MNieT6MNiey8J7DrziO6rziZ6MNUIz6MNUIi6MNUIN8K7Dmkg6Lzuj6MANRQ6MANRU6MANRZ8P7ardYw

the point of this build is PvE , to buff up as much damage on myself as i can for longer boss fights. And self heal through critical serge.

Still really early, and having no experience with most the skills available at lategame its quite likely to change many times over on my way to 50.

Similar to OP's build but with alternate weapon swap setup for ranged and "roaming" abilities.

i tested my build out this beta , worked well , but what im figuring out fast is that the damaging skills should not be overlooked , realy fun to play at my current level 10 , mobs die veryyyyy quick , through I die just as quick vs 2

Melee sorc definitely not overly solo-friendly, but certainly can be fun.

This is something I'd like to try in Cyrodiil post launch

interesting builds ! I see you use some of the pvp skill lines , do they work out of cryodil ?

Also what are you splitting stat wise ? full stam ? or magica?

They work out of Cyrodiil, it's just that you can level them up only in Cyrodiil ;) The only exception is Emp skill line I think. It's largely nerfed outside Cyrodiil and when you are not in control of the 6 central Keeps while in own campaign. But that won't be a huge deal. Very few players will be able to get it.

Base magicka pool is enough. So I will be putting points in stamina and HP

ok , i was a bit confused with stam it dosnt seem to effect as much as magica ? as you have 3 skill lines that mainly use magica and 1 wepon line (at a time) that uses stam.

The thing with magicka is that these abilities are situational and you do not have to activate them fast one after another and if you have to, then it probably means that you might die soon or you will be more focused on jsut surviving long enough to leave the most dangerous area and get healed. The other thing with them is that they are relatively cheap, while I will also have a full line of stamina heavy skills that require activating most of them one after another to deal big amounts of burst physical dmg and some of those skills are costly in terms of stamina.

You need to also remember about provisioning... Stat boosting items are amazing from that line and they will improve the pool of magicka or stamina in accordance to my needs.

I tested something similar. One of the problems I encountered was, that I rarely ever had the time to switch weapons in a timely manner to use spell reflect. Was especially hard since sometimes the weapon switch didn't respond.

I'd switch Forward Momentum with Dragon Fire Scale or Green Dragon Blood since you only need to activate it once every 20sec.
I never found Razor Armor good enough since most fights rarely last very long. And a magicka based damage abiltiy is in dire need in your build. Flame Lash would be really powerful with your charge. Or Burning Embers. I'd switch one these on the first bar, too and put Charging Maneuver where Razor Armor was before.

Just a suggestion, of course.

Also since your charge, your stun and finisher are all stamina based you will run dry in that area quickly.

Last night I started thinking of build that would allow me to support my group in dungeons. Increase their health generation, damage and survivability while at the same time dealing damage and healing them in different ways sounds awsome to me. And I feel like it could be really effective to have a group with 1 tank, 1 healer, 1 dps and 1 support. The support can help the healer when needed, help AoE on adds and increase the overall effectiveness of the group with buffs.

This idea can be realized with most of the classes, but I went with Night Blade, simply because I like the ability to deal damage and heal the group at the same time and like how the class feels. This is the build: http://esohead.com/calculator/skills#cczz9MhesI8y1Rw8LxkS8heRJ8y1sj8Ir4d8IPq48IPSd8y1aY8A4fF8IPUI8IPww8L7JcdoQr6MdoQC6MdoQF6MdoQJ6MdoQK8v7HLanQ6ranS6Mhy3D6Mhx0n6Mhx0y6Mhx0l6Mhx0B8D7DrzdR6MIsaM6MIrv36MIrEf6MIrEh8F7JrzrJ6rzrO6Lbux6rbut6MIPNU6MIPAh6MIPAT6MIPAv8O7sLdeC6zAZqS6MA3FN6MA3FA6MA3FL6MA4Cb8P7sLdYf6zLp4d6cLncp6cLncn6zLncy6zLyjz837Vrw3Y6Lw316rw348zc7pcgePB6zgeXm6cgeXA6cgeYc

I think I will go mainly for magicka in my build, with the other 2 evenly divided, but I'm not really an expert yet on the attributes aspect.
