Hello!

So I read "The Pig Children" by Tyston Bane. Within it is a description of height and weight of specifically orcs. Used are the units "pertans" and "angaids" for describing height and weight.

Thusly I wonder if these units of measurement applies to other species of Tamriel or if it's only localized terms. My reason are thoughts of using them for my RP character.
