Advice on mods and Requiem

Ok, so I've played the game MANY times, and enjoyed it many times. I often load in a bunch of new mods just to make it feel different so I can play it again.

I've played with Skyrim Redone a number of times, and in the end find that it's largely like the vanilla gameplay where after a period of time I get overpowered and can take on anything. Thus I use ASIS to increase spawns and give NPCs perks, High level enemies to make enemies level higher with me, and Revenge of the enemies in order to get some new abilities and make some baddies tougher.

I'm REALLY thinking about using Requiem , I've heard good things, and I'm thinking it might be the kind of overhaul I'm looking for. So, my question is : With Requiem , would I need ASIS, High level enemies and/or Revenge of the enemies?

Please give me some advice on this, I'm working on my build with mods as we speak, and any opinions are appreciated!
